What is Colour Acupuncture™?

Med-Colour™ Quartz-Crystal Light and Colour Acupuncture™ device is a revolutionary evolution in holistic healing and one of Europe's most popular new alternative healing disciplines. The originator of Colour Acupuncture is a Hungarian inventor Mr. Antal Tizold who has perfected with the help of a world famous acupuncturist Professor Roger Dalet Ph.D to research and develop this unique system of healing. Colour Acupuncture™ involves focusing coloured light through a quartz crystal on acupuncture (and other) points on the skin in order to energize powerful healing impulses in our physical and energy bodies.

How Does Colour Acupuncture™ Work?

Med-Colour™ Quartz-Crystal Light and Colour Acupuncture™ device uses light to heal. Light is subtle in effect, fast moving and penetrates deeply into all the cells of the body. Recently, a world renown biophysicist had the following to say about light: -

Scientists are now discovering that light is actually the medium by which cells communicate and it is at the very basis of many body functions. In a Colour Acupuncture treatment, frequencies of coloured light are focused on the skin using a handheld Med-Colour™ Quartz-Crystal Light and Colour Acupuncture™ device light tool (see Colour Acupuncture Products) with specially designed, 8x handmade interchangeable coloured filters which can emit a combination of up to 37 different colours of light through a natural quartz crystal (see Yamamoto Rehabilitation Report). Each colour consists of different wavelength frequencies of light and therefore communicates different energetic information. Treatments include a specific set of points in a sequence using a prescribed pattern of colours (over 116 different treatments - see User Manual example). As the light is absorbed by the skin and transmitted along energetic pathways or meridians deep into the body, it stimulates intra-cellular communication which supports healing.

Med-Colour Colour Acupuncture™ training is now available through the Med-Colour Light & Colour Acupuncture Institute of New Zealand (MCINZ). This Institute has been given the exclusive responsibility for overseeing all training in New Zealand & Australia and as time progresses we will authorise other areas. The Institute (MCINZ) offers a schedule of training programs around the country each year. Institute staff are personally trained and certified by Les Rolton as Med-Colour Light & Colour Acupuncture Instructors. MCINZ courses were designed in co-operation with the Meditens International of Hungary and practitioners who successfully complete these trainings receive international certification through the Med-Colour Light & Colour Acupuncture Institute.
